Our private-pay rates range from $27 to $32 per hour depending on the level of care needed. We are transparent about pricing — no setup fees, no surprise charges, no minimum hour gimmicks. We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, and VA benefits.

For most cases, we can begin care within 48 to 72 hours of your initial call. For urgent hospital discharges, we accept same-day intakes when caregiver availability allows.

Three things: our co-founder Victoria is a Nurse Practitioner who provides clinical oversight on every case, every caregiver on our team is trained to the same high standard so your family receives consistent care regardless of who is on shift, and we communicate proactively with the adult children making care decisions, not just the senior receiving care.

Yes, dementia and Alzheimer's care is a specialty of ours. Every caregiver who works with a memory care client is certified through the Alzheimer's Association essentiALZ program, and Victoria personally reviews every dementia care plan.

Medicare does not cover non-medical home care. At this time we accept private pay, long-term care insurance, and VA Aid and Attendance benefits. We are happy to help you understand your payment options during your free assessment.

We take matching seriously and most of our placements work the first time. If a match is not right, we will replace the caregiver with no charge and no questions. Your family's comfort comes first.
